Meet Our Specialist
Dr. Heather Christie is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Founder of Christie MD Functional and Aesthetic Medicine.
She is passionate about partnering with her patients to identify the root causes of disease in order to restore and maintain optimal health. She practices functional medicine, which is based on the truth that our body systems function as an interrelated whole as well as the understanding that we have a natural ability to heal when provided with the correct ingredients. Her holistic approach integrates traditional testing and medications with advanced testing and natural treatments. Natural approaches to healing include nutritional supplements, food plans, hormonal support, physical activity, and stress reduction techniques.
